Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise it, write to us at customercare@us-jacquemus.com stating your order number. We will provide you with the return address and the procedure to follow.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, with their tags.
• Return costs remain the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
• We recommend using a tracked shipment: the parcel remains your responsibility until it is received at our premises.

Refund

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund is made to the payment method used for the order, no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned parcel. Depending on your bank, the credit may take a few days to appear.

Defective item or order error

If you receive a defective, damaged or different item from your order, contact us within 48 hours at customercare@us-jacquemus.com with photos. We will then proceed with an exchange or a full refund, including return costs.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defect.
