Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern sales concluded on the Jacquemus Retailer US online store. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Products

Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs have no contractual value: slight variations in color or finish may exist.

Prices

Prices are stated in USD, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Jacquemus Retailer US reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Orders and Payment

The order is firm and final once payment is validated. Payment is made online by credit card or by the payment methods offered at the time of the order. Transactions are secured by our payment providers.

Withdrawal and Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, in accordance with the terms of our refund policy.

Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.

Liability

Jacquemus Retailer US shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or strike of postal services and means of transport, or an act attributable to the customer.
